Reviewed Biscuits with Milk Gravy
"Make these biscuits! I was out of shortening and had to use butter and they turned out great. You must use an iron skillet because the butter you brush on top runs down the sides of the biscuits and creates this amazing crunchy bottom. I made the gravy as well, and unfortunately didn't have any bacon. So when I warmed up the milk, I added some rosemary which infused nicely into the gravy. My husband won't stop talking about these biscuits and gravy, so this recipe is definitely a keeper! "
