"Unless you are an expert with coconuts(which I am not)... do not even attempt to do this. This is my first time tackling a coconut and it took me almost an hour to prep just one! I thought I would make 1/2 the recipe just in case it didn't turn out, if i would have bought 2 coconuts, I would have thrown the other one out the window! Too difficult!"
