It was yummy! I didn't change anything either. I did start it the night before. All I did was mix the eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a bowl and covered it and put in fridge. I loved it and so did my picky husband. The only thing I did different was use onion salt instead of regular salt (same amount). For the leftovers, I made meatloaf sandwiches and they were delicious too. I just grilled the meat on a skillet to heat it up, had mustard and ketchup on the bread (not mixed), added some cheese and grilled the sandwich...
