Tasted good, but too much work, and this dish is not my type of bag. Ok. I pretty much followed the recipe. Except I used boiling onions instead of pearls and whatever mushroom I had. I used a cheap Pinot noir. I think the only thing I'd do differently is cook 9 oz of salt pork as I wound up eating some o the cracklings. I don't see me making this"
