Reviewed Mashed Cauliflower and Cheese
"I have made this recipe twice so far, and both times have been a HUGE success. I like mine really creamy, so instead of using a hand masher, I put it in the blender, and then after is smooth, put it back in the pan to thicken with the cheese. I think I like these even better than real mashed potatoes!
