Reviewed Spinach and Bacon Quiche
"Made this last week and it turned out excellent. I concur that 1 pound of cooked bacon in a quiche is a bit much, I would reduce it by half. I used fresh chopped baby spinach and it turned out delicate and delicious. I actually mixed the cream & eggs together, then added the bacon and spinach to that mixture and gave it a good hand mix, then poure"
