The reason for only three stars is this recipe is WAY TOO SALTY! I wish I had read the salt comments before. I also found the ends to be quite dry and used 3 and 1/3 mashed bananas and cup of nuts. Cooked at 325 degrees for 1.15 hrs. Live in Southern Cal so no altitude."
