I live just south of Salt Lake City. Originally from Seattle. Been married for just over four years. We have two adorable little girls and another on the way. We love to go backpacking, hiking, kayaking, walks to the park in our double stroller (couldn't live without it!) I love reading and designing houseplans as one of my passions is architecture. And I LOVE TO COOK!
Favorite Foods
I have two favorite dishes to cook- pecan encrusted chicken or salmon with maple-peach drizzle OR chicken and sirloin marsala (a carrabbas copycat recipe). I love to cook, eat and am famous for those two dishes. Favorite restaurant would have to be "the red iguana" a mexican restaurant in Salt Lake City or Carrabbas.Advertisement
