Reviewed Bobby Flay's Pumpkin Pie with Cinnamon Crunch and Bourbon-Maple Whipped Cream

"Made this for Thanksgiving, it was wonderful! The whipped cream is a MUST. It was SO GOOD. I've been making different kinds of whipped cream since, I had no idea how easy it was! I also subbed the muscovado for dark brown sugar. Works perfectly. I also made it with a store bought crust to save time, and just made the filling. It works great. Both toppings were great, but I could have lived without the crunch topping. MAKE THE WHIPPED CREAM! 1 1/2 tablespoons of burbon is a perfect amount. I used Knob Creek.
