Made this for Thanksgiving, it was wonderful! The whipped cream is a MUST. It was SO GOOD. I've been making different kinds of whipped cream since, I had no idea how easy it was! Both toppings were great, but I could have lived without the crunch topping. MAKE THE WHIPPED CREAM! 1 1/2 tablespoons of burbon is a perfect amount. I used Knob Creek.
