We were looking for a light fresh and easy recipe for a grill party...this is definitely it! We loved the aroma and burst of flavor from the chicken and grapes together. We love these muffins! The only change that I made was to add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter. I have shared them with friends and my mother and everyone loves them. They are so moist and delicious. I make enough to freeze and take out a few at a time so that we have a quick healthy snack in a pinch! Thank you Ellie

Love this bird! By far the most flavorful and moist chicken I have made. Followed the recipe to the letter. I will use a more shallow dish next time. The skin was not as crispy as I would have liked. I added an additional 10 mins to the cooking time and it browned up nicely. Thank you Anne, your recipes are the best!
