"The beef looks wonderful, can't wait to try it this weekend! If I remember correctly because I accidently deleted the episode she said the chapatis was 2 to 1 whole wheat flour 2 c. & water 1 c. with a dash of salt. Then you knead it, make ball, rub with a little olive oil and let it sit for 30-45 minutes. After that you do the whole rolling & triangle thing. That's why I wanted to save & rewatch the episode because I needed to see all that again.
