Reviewed Brown Butter Risotto with Lobster

Made this for my husband for Father's Day. Did it all to the letter w/ one exception. I used half chicken stock, half seafood stock to give it more "lobster flavor." He raved and thought it was quite decadent. Dee-lish, and not difficult?!? Definitely a keeper in the recipe box!"
