Reviewed Chicken-and-Cheese Enchiladas
"I have made this twice now & love it. I had a huge fiesta party at my house & ordered taco's from an authentic Mexican restaurant and made these on the side, they were a huge hit!! They are so cheap to make. I have found that Sam's club rotisserie chicken is the best to use, the one i tried before that had to much flavor & over powered my meal. Can't wait to have them again!!
