Reviewed Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip

"I have to go with tommybluez- do not ruin this dish by using canned chicken! I made this for Easter as an appetizer and people went bananas over it. I think I am going to be the buffalo chicken dip person at all future holiday parties.

Using freshly poached chicken is easy. I caution you not to cook the chicken at a full roari..."

Reviewed Pan-Fried Onion Dip

"AMAZING!! This dip is seriously delicious. Its totally worth the extra effort to pan fry the onions and follow this recipe. The taste is like nothing I have ever experienced. It will not last long at your next party, because your guests will devour it and lick the bowl clean. Must try!!

Reviewed Gingerbread Cupcakes with Orange Icing

"Usually Ina rocks, but these are NOT good. Sounds like maybe there is a missing ingredient, but I didn't see that when I made them. What I got was dense foul tasting cupcakes. Nothing but the frosting was good about these cakes. The flavor and texture were unpleasant. The frosting is really good tho, but nothing could help those cupcakes. I think there is too much molasses and there needs to be something to fluff the cake out a little. Would be better with half the molasses and a sweeter substitute in the other half's place.
