Reviewed Halibut with Lemon-Butter and Crispy Shallots
"Wow! This was an incredibly fast, easy and delicious recipe. My husband and I both gobbled it down and he asked me to make it once a week! I think the crispy shallots were worth the effort - they added some nice flavor and crunch. The lemon butter definitely makes the recipe - I can't wait to use the butter on other fish and veggies. "
