Great recipe that a friend made for Thanksgiving. She altered it by reducing sugar, putting through food processor and then straining. I am making for Christmas dinner but would be great for poultry dishes all year long. I am going to leave half of it chunky, more like a relish and half I'm going to put in food processor and serve in divided dish...
