Reviewed Thyme Popovers

Made these for Thanksgiving. They weren't great, but I didn't follow the recipe. I subbed white whole wheat flour for all purpose flour and rosemary for thyme. I didn't let the eggs and milk come to room temperature which I think was my downfall. But even so, that accounts for the texture not being perfect, but the flavor was somewhat bland. ...
