Reviewed Shells with Crispy Pancetta and Spinach
"This recipe has made me the talk of the town. I have found that Pancetta can be expensive, but if you live near a Trader Joe's, it is quite cheap and it is already cubed for you. I also add a 5 cheese italian blend that contains asiago and fontina cheese. It is wonderful! This is my FAVORITE Everyday Italian meal, as well as my whole family's!"
