I made this recipe and realized the cocoa is only about 1/3 of what is required. It should be 2 heaping Tablespoons, not 2 teaspoons, otherwise there's no chocolate flavor at all. Sorry, Trisha. I've been making these for years, and when I can't find or don't have time to make pizza dough, I make it out of canned biscuits. They freeze well, too. I also make it with chicken tossed with a little bbq sauce (along with shredded gouda or cheddar, and sloppy joe meat (with shredded colby-jack. Taco meat or just about anything works. Good stuff."

This, while a nice flavor, is not a corn casserole, it's simply creamed corn that was prepped in the oven instead of a skillet. A casserole is more substantial dish. There are much better corn casserole dishes to be found on this website or by googling."
