Reviewed Braised Chicken with Mushrooms and Almonds
"This was amazing!!! I made it last night. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs to cut some of the saturated fat and can not find panchetta in my area so I used bacon. The almond puree added to the sauce brought a whole new dimention to the dish. I will make it again. I made the green beans too and they were also very yummy.

Reviewed Decadent Chocolate Cake
"This is a very good cake. It wasn't overly moist, but I may have had my oven temp a little high. The cardamom gives it a very unique flavor and while I am glad I used it, I would use just a bit less as it is a very powerful spice. I will definitely make it again. . .and again. . .and again.
