Reviewed Saffron Lobster Salad on Grilled Fingerlings

"I normally wouldn't argue with a reviewer, but I'm not sure what cookbook edythemayo got his/her information re celery, but it's nothing I've ever heard before. I would use floral comparisons rather than using the human body to compare... you don't have flowers growing on an entire plant, you have them growing on A stalk. A bunch of celery is just that, a bunch. A stalk and a rib are interchangeable as far as meaning, at least in everything I've ever read, and I collect cookbooks and read them all. I'm not saying he/she is wrong, I'm just saying after all these years this is the first time I've ever heard of that. As far as the recipe, this is delish!!!! I usually leave out the onion, that bothers some but I can't help it, I'm not a fan, and it still tastes great!

Reviewed Vegetable Tian

"I made this for a brunch and it's now one of my mom's favorite dishes. I also had to drain off some liquid during cooking, but in making several times have learned the meatier the tomatoes, the less problems with that (though still some). Everyone I've made this for loves this dish, including me!

Reviewed Millionaire's Shortbread

"I made these for work and everyone loved them. I followed the directions and my caramel didn't come out too sticky (like a Sugar Daddy), as it apparently did for some. I had no leftovers and was asked to share the recipe (yes, I gave credit where it was due). I'm making them again for Christmas.

Reviewed Toffee Hot Chocolate

"I think you'll find mharkis7 in other comment areas making stupid comments. He/she is a troll, it's a shame people like them are out there but it's how they get their jollies. Don't take anything they say seriously, he/she probably isn't really growing pot in his/her basement and probably never really spilt hot cocoa on a child. It's what trolls do, make stupid things up. Meanwhile, this was declicious and I usually don't care for butterscotch chips. I agree, maybe a few less chips...
