My Activity

Reviewed Cajun Jambalaya

"Delicious! Followed the recipe exactly, no need for substitutions or additions. I tripled the recipe for 7 ppl, including 3 children, and there was none left! Nice and spicy, but not overpowering. Of course Emeril would know what he is doing....""

Reviewed Neely's BBQ Sauce

"This sauce is sooo good! I accidently put in powdered garlic for the powdered onion, but still added the onion. That made it even better. I also omitted the granulated sugar- thought it'd be too sweet with the brown sugar. Put this sauce on Paula Deen's Texas beef brisket and you'll wanna slap your momma! Way to go Neely's.
