First of all, I have tried a dozen waffle recipes and this is the absolute best recipe! The waffles turned out crispy on the outside and puffy on the inside. I used 1/2 melted butter and 1/2 veggie oil instead of all veggie oil. I also used all buttermilk instead of milk. We live at high altitude (7200 feet) and I didn't make any alterations ...
