Reviewed Spicy Lamb and Soba Noodle Salad
"Soba noddles,,,fantastic! I used "whole wheat, buckwheat noodles" for this recipe. Worked out fine. I also used "pickled" jalapeno's, I removed the seeds.....still very good.
As for the 5 spice blend I used it on my "chicken breasts" fantastic.

"OH bobby! it was/is a great dish...my opinion.....Double the sauce!!!!! I actually think this "mildly spicy" sauce would be great on BBQ ribs, or pork.
ONE BIG TIP,,,,watch the eggplant,,,,could burn fast,,,
