Reviewed Basic Bread Dough
"Alright Chef, I don't understand your recipe. I have followed it to the letter but I am still having problems. The dough does not seem to have enough liquid to make a harmonious dough ball after kneading. So I had to add some to make it work. Also, I am not getting a good rise from it either. I have made it now I think for the third time and now I""

"Very yummy and very rich! I made it just like it said and I really like it. It's a keeper. I think the only thing I will change is trying to cut down on the richness somehow. I'll have to do some thinkin' on that one. It goes great with a cold glass of milk.""

"I am enjoying this one right now, It's good I think I would adjust the amount of simple syrup. I'm a drink whimp and would like it to be a little sweeter. Thanks Guy!

"Wow! This one is tasty! I love it. I made some changes though. First, for a couple of reasons I fried the avocados in the shell. My avocados were a little bit on the ripe side and there is always presentation. It worked out. Second I did not have all the ingredients but I did the best I could and it was tasty! I think the next time I make this (an""

"I thought this recipe was DELICIOUSO! A lot of work with all the different recipes but oh so worth it. I made it on July 4th and took it to a picnic style get together that my friends and I were having and it got rave reviews. They were even asking for the recipe. I did make some changes along the way. I used plain yogurt instead of mayonaise in t"

"This is a Y-U-U-U-MY SOUP!!! Fantastic! The only thing I did different was I used one quarter of a white onion because I did not have any shallots or purple onions. I put all the ingredients into the food processor except for the curry powder because I was looking for that smooth creamy texture. It needed about 2 cups of chicken stock to help the food processor grind it smooth. This will be a regular in my cooking arsenal. Thanks Claire for a great one!
Reviewed Pea and Mint Pesto Crostini
"Wow! This one was a hit at tonights dinner get together! I saw the episode and thought I can make that but did not follow this or any recipe. Nasically the only difference is that I added roasted pine nuts. it was chunky and DEEEEEELICIOUS! The hit of the party! Thanks Giada!
Reviewed No-Knead Peasant Bread
"I wanted to bake this bread today for lunch bread tomorrow so I really edited this recipe. I bypassed all that stuff regarding the refrigeration. I let the dough sit in a warm place for one hour to rise then placed it in my preheated oven and dutch oven. Then I baked it at the temperature recommended and let it brown as recommended. It came out BEAUTIFUL! No need for all that confusing stuff unless you don't plan on baking it for a couple of days.
