“The pancakes were fluffy & delicious! Once I ladled the mix onto the pan, I added blueberries (next time I'll cut them in halves). When plating I used fresh raspberries (banana slices would be nice too) and sprinkled some powered 'icing' sugar on top - YUMMY!! ""”

“I made these for Valentines day - used half semi-sweet and half milk chocolate, turned out very good!
Suggestions: 1) I highly recommend scooping the white chocolate into a zip lock bag - will come out very nicely! A fork will not produce the same results.
2) Once the strawberries are on the parchment paper, leave them...”

“I used the whole box of pasta (about 1 pound) cut down on the feta and it was still a perfect amount. The flavours work well together, pungent and bold. Great for a pot lock. I'll definitely make this again :-)”

“just finished eating this dish... was very good =)
I added a few cloves of garlic to be roasted with the vegetables, and next time I'll add a sprinkle of red chili flakes for a little kick. the smoked mozzarella is important in giving this dish its special flavour.

“Interesting combination of goat cheese and butternut squash... worked out quite well.
I'm not big on walnuts, therefore next time I will probably only use 1/2 cup or none at all.
Added some garlic with the squash and onions to be roasted, nice touch.
overall, a nice creative dish away from the ordinary. ”
