My Activity

Reviewed Pork Chops Stuffed with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Spinach

"Learned from the other reviewers that searing and baking was the way to go. It worked great. 400 degrees for about 20 min. (My pork chops were pretty thick. I substituted sour cream for the cream cheese because that's all I had and it was delicious. Also had goat cheese crumbles mixed with dried cranberries and that worked very well with the spin"

Reviewed Roman Pizza Bianca

"I thought this pizza lacked flavor so just before serving it to guests I tossed chopped kalamata olives all over it and it was great. Just the flavor enhancer it needed.""

Reviewed Squash and Zucchini Cakes

"I squeezed the water out with a kitchen towel and added 2 eggs instead of one along with Panko bread crumbs. I used spray and fried them slightly on each side. I then added some marinara to the bottom of a baking pan, and then layered the cooked pancakes, topped with shredded mozzarella, some prosciutto and more sauce. I baked it for 20 min. at 35""

Reviewed Lobster Mac and Cheese

"I made this the other night as part of a dinner buffet for 30 people. I used 1/2 lb. lobster and a pound of cooked shrimp that I cut in good sized pieces and it was fabulous! It is an expensive meal but well worth it on a special occasion. I was thinking of trying it with chicken next time or all shrimp to cut down on the cost a bit. Thoughts?
