Reviewed Apple Cake
"This cake is very good with the revisions I made to some of the ingredients. I replaced all the oil with 1 cup of pumpkin puree. I used 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup of warm water and I drained the apples before using them. I also sprinkled cinnamon over each layer of apples. The cake was moist, not greasy and not too heavy. "
