Reviewed Striped Bass with Tomato and Basil Cream

Delicious sauce on this fish!! I left out the "verjus" and simply made the tomato cream sauce which was very tasty and went well with the fish. I also sauted the fish instead of heating the oven, it browned slightly and worked great!! I will definately make it again!! "
