My husband and I thought this was a tasty dish, although I made it with a few modifications. I was only able to dry the tofu for 6 hours, but it was still great. I didn't use the spices in the marinade and I added some of the soy sauce from the tofu marinade to the dish...bad idea. Way to salty, but still edible. I omitted bean sprouts and shrimp,"
