"This was really good; however, it was a bit too liquidy when I made it. Perhaps it was just too much butter...some of the reviews suggest cutting back on the butter...and I'd suggest the same thing. My boyfriend loved it, I liked it. I would make it again with less butter. "

Reviewed Sea Scallops with Teriyaki Glaze
"The sauce didn't reduce and turn into a glaze, but the flavor was really good. I gave this 3 stars because I prefer my scallops plain and simple, without teriyaki. My boyfriend absolutely loved the teriyaki though and ended up using the extra on chicken later in the week. I didn't make the potatoes, so I have no comment on those suckers. "

"This was delicious! Definitely a wonderful way to elevate mac and cheese to impress company or just the people you love. I cut this in half and it still made a large amount, if you made the entire thing you'd have mac and cheese up to your eye balls. I added shrimp to it, but you could definitely make this with shrimp only and it'd still be yummy "

"This was super easy to make, wallet friendly and delicious. I roasted some asparagus and mixed that in with the pasta and shrimp. I made the dish for two, so I didn't use a full pound of pasta and toned down the lemon. I have leftovers, but will happily eat them tomorrow for lunch.
