"A holiday hit while celebrating with English who have no such thing in their 'pudding' repertoire. We were liberal with the bourbon, used a good bitter-sweet chocolate and lightly toasted the pecans in a pan before adding. Coupled with Ina Garten's fool proof pie crust and cinnamon spiked whip cream -- fantastic.""
