Reviewed Grilled Salmon with Chinese Barbeque Sauce

Nov 5, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

Wonderful!! I am not a huge salmon and after making this I could eat it all the time. I cooked in on the stove at a fairly high heat to start then turned the stove to low and finished cooking it for about 10 minutes on the skin side and 5 on the other side. Have leftover marinade and plan to use on other fish, pork, & chicken.

didn't think it had a lot of taste. Added chives and more onion, and celery than was called for. Still didn't think it had a lot of flavor. I have a better recipe using italian dressing and letting it marinate over night then adding the mayo. That recipe is much better and has a lot more flavor. Won't make this again!!!! "

This was very good. I was suprised that as much a Aaron likes heat that he just used pepper instead of red pepper flakes. I used some on my portion because my husband doesn't like any heat and it was very good. Either way an excellent recipe. Will diffently add to my regular rotation."

Very good but it took much longer than 40 minutes to cook. I also had to add some liquid to it to help it cook. I probably cooked it for an hour at 450 and it still wasn't completely done. Will make again but start it earlier.""

I didn't read the other reviews before I made it, but I thought it was wonderful. I didn't weigh my potatoes so probably had less than the recipe called for. We ate it as soon as it was done so haven't tried it cold. I think it is the best potato salad I have ever made. It was great finding a recipe that you could make a half and hour before di"

very tasty. The carrots took much longer to cook, but I expeceted that because I used regular carrots. I used more water because of the carrots being larger. I also used onion and garlic rather than shallots. Over all the dish was delicious. I also toyed with the idea of adding balsamic vinegar to the dish. Will try that next time.

These were very good, but almost too tart. I had one guest that couldn't eat it all because of the tartness. Might look for another recipe that isn't so tart.

Way too much lemon juice and I cut it in half. I also at least doubled the parmesan cheese and didn't add the water. Would be good with less lemon, but also had enough dressing for at least two salads. I did use the anchovy paste.
