Reviewed Hot Honeyed Spare Ribs

Made as instructed. Got mixed reviews. Some felt ribs were too crusty. I felt the chili garlic sauce was a little strong.

If I make again, I would halve the chili garlic sauce and cook for maybe not quite as long. I think it would have been a 5 start recipe with these changes.""
