My Activity

Reviewed Emeril's Baby Back Ribs with Homemade Barbecue Sauce and Smashed Potato Salad

"Extremely good dry rub. I frequently use this dry rub even in other rib recipes. The sauce is good, although, as with many Emeril recipes, uses quite a number of ingredients. Chop the onions finely for the sauce or else it is too chunky, almost salsa-like (which is not a good thing. Kona Long Board Lager is my beer of choice for the marinade."

Reviewed Emeril's Banana Cream Pie

"The most unbelievable banana cream pie you'll ever eat! The custard absolutely makes it so good (and much better than cheap imitation pudding); have patience when making it and letting it set. Rome wasn't built in a day. Bananas in the crust add a nice touch, too."
