Very good, but...
recipe makes about a gallon of the sauce...1/2 would be more than enough
prep takes longer than 20 minutes. Just peeling and deveining and cleaning up was a good 15 minutes. Allow more than 1/2 hour for completion unless you are a professional.

I own a bed and breakfast and make some version of this recipe (doubled) every few weeks. Guests love it. I have tried all different combinations of dried fruit (cut into raisin-sized bits) but I keep the core as-is. It is always excellent."
