Almost 5 stars... but not quite. Type of wine makes a BIG difference in flavor. Too bad Anne doesn't tell you which type to use or make any recommendations. It would also be more helpful to know what she considers a LARGE onion or carrot, how big her ribs of celery are, etc. I would use more vegetables next time since you are using 3 lbs of meat. "
