This is outstanding! A few sugestions some from former reviewer's others just me. Go with 50% beef, 50% sausage. I use some hot but mostly sweet itialian sausage. I have been making this for years now and it fantastic, great for a crowd! Instead of cooking the onion marmalade on the grill I just use the stovetop.
