"LOVED these chops, and the sauce is awesome. I served with the Plantation grits which were also very good. This recipe makes a lot of sauce and it's not very thick, so next time I will make with buttered noodles, buttered rice or mashed potatoes. I also think I will make it in a slow cooker so the meat will be a little more tender and soak up more""
