Reviewed Chicken in Creamy Tomato Curry: Chicken Tikka Masala
"I recently tried Indian food and loved it. So I checked out Aarti's recipes, found this one and tried it. Delicious, my family loved it, it tasted even better than the restaurant meal because there was extra sauce for the leftovers. Can't wait to make it again. Thanks!""
Reviewed Beef Stroganoff over Buttered Noodles
"This was fantastic! The prep time is minimal, patience is required to get the desired outcome. Rushing it will not give you the fork tender meat, and velvety sauce. This is a keeper!""
Reviewed Double-Batch Classic Bolognese
"This is a fantastic recipe, which is simpler than an old Emeril Lagasse one that I have used for years, and my family loved it! I prepared it w/o the chicken livers as this is not an ingredient I use ever in anything."

"I am a newbie to Indian cuisine, and after watcing Aarti, I was inspired to try this recipe...and it was outstanding, There were no leftovers, so I will be making this recipe again. One suggestion, instead of using a blender which requires transfering hot liquid twice, I used my immersion blender and it worked perfectly."
