Reviewed Roasted Pork Loin with Kale and Polenta

This pork is fabulous! I changed it up a bit and rolled the garlic and herbs on the inside and then tied the pork roast myself. I added more wine to reduce for a sauce. The pork is really juicy and flavorful! I also added 1/2 cup marscapone to the polenta to make it extra creamy. This is one of my husband's favorite meals. :)"
