"I boiled a few pounds of chicken last night for taco's & then made this with the leftovers. I used a couple of fresh tomatoes & tomato paste (as I did not have canned sauce or canned chopped tomatoes) and added some of my homemade salsa, as well as all of the listed recipe ingredients. So yummy- can't wait for the family to try it tonight! Also, I used tostada shells instead of blue corn tortilla chips- still fabulous!!!
