"I fixed this dish recently for a pot luck with my women's Bible study - it was a HUGE hit. At several women's request, I ended up jotting down the recipe and we made photo copies for people to take home with them. The texture and flavors of this dish are excellent, and it tastes great served hot or cold. I highly recommend it!"
