Loved this. Left out the garlic and rosemary. It tasted like mashed potatoes with cream gravy. Served with chicken and cooked carrots.

I changed a few things when I made this recipe and it turned out fantastic. I didn't want really strong taste so I only marinated the meat for 2 hours in a good merlot. I left out the rosemary completely as I don't like its strong flavor. I did not use as much salt and pepper, I just salt and peppered like I normally would. I didn't mind the 2"
