Made this tonight. Was very easy and the taste was amazing. I added broccoli and edamame for extra green and some protein, since it was my entree as opposed to a side. Also added more of the wet masala, after veggies finished cooking (just sauted in a separate pan first, then added to pot). Also added 2 serranos, since I wanted it spicy. Funny,...

Delicious!! Yet another wonderful Ina meal. Next time, and there will be a next time, I may use beef bouillon/stock; but as written it was still great. Went we'll with basmati rice, with sauce poured over. A definite winter staple!

Made this tonight and its a definite keeper!! I just moved to a new town and unfortunately, the grocery store I went to didn't have polenta. I had to substitute barley...but it was still delicious. Nice and thick, but I'm sure not as creamy. I also roasted some shrimp (olive oil, salt and pepper) and added to the individual bowls. So tasty!! I pla"

Holy raw garlic Ina!!! I made this last night for a post Christmas lunch dinner. I was so disappointed with the outcome. Now to be fair, I did not make individual gratins, just one. But I can't believe that changed this dish soo much. I was knocked out by the garlic, and I love garlic. The scallops themselves were bland and unremarkable. I would ...

Wonderful recipe! I had a slightly smaller chicken and cooked for ~ 1 hour and 15min. Vegetables were delicious and perfectly cooked. I added 1lb of quartered red potatoes as well. I used the drippings to make Ina's Homemade Gravy, just to have more sauce for the veggies (the chicken was so moist, it didn't need anything. Will absolutely make this"

These were delicious! Like little bites of lasagna! I made them with turkey sausage instead of ground turkey. I baked most of them, but froze enough for a future dinner. I can't wait to make this again. *Was delicious with Sunny's Tater and Asparagus Toss!"
