I really love the bases of the recipe, but I've tweaked it some over. I only use one can of quartered artichoke hearts. I know that there's a lot of fat in the way that Paula makes it, so where I can trim it, I do (i.e. the mayo and sour cream. I use low-fat or fat free versions. I do know that Greek yogurt is a good and healthier alternative, so...
