This was really good. The sweetness of the squash paired with the smokey salty of the sausage was really good. The wild rice gave it extra texture and added health benefits. it does make a little much for our family but I would make again. The only change I made was use homemade chicken stock and did not cook with the lid on so it would thicken.

I thought this was a good version of SP... However my hubby and family did not like it cus it was too "fancy". This is really a warm dish and would be great in the cooler months as the cinnamon gives it that fall flavor. I will not make this again only because my family didn't like it.
