Prep took more than 20 mins. Not "easy" recipe. The carrots did not cook all the way even though I followed the instructions on making them even and put them on the heat for 5 minutes. The meat did not brown the way hers did on the video. It was wet from the meat juices to the point that it was like a soup. How did hers not get like that? The soy"
