"Love this recipe for brunch. I have made it two ways - once with spinach, cremini mushrooms,and onion and once with bacon and brocclie instead of spinach. I use a 9X13 pan and double all the ingredients with the exception that I use a total of 12 eggs and eliminate the flour and salt. This is a very versatile recipe so you can have fun with the i"
