Reviewed Gina's Pumpkin Cheesecake
"The cheesecake is cooling right now and it looks amazing! I followed the recipe almost exactly. I used a 9 inch spring form pan. The recipe does make a LOT of filling - I had a bit of filling leftover which I ate with a spoon :) I followed the directions for the water bath and I baked for an extra 10 minutes. After 90 minutes, I took it out of the water bath and put it back in the oven for an hour with the oven turned off. I'm letting it cool completely before I put it in the fridge. There is only one tiny crack in it. Also, when I took it out of the water bath, it was pretty jiggly. However, after the hour in the turned-off oven, it isn't jiggly anymore!
